EB-5 Program

The EB-5 Program is an Immigrant Investor program that provides a method for qualified foreign nationals to receive a permanent US Green Card if they make a minimum $800,000 USD investment into a qualified project entity.

Created in 1992, the EB-5 Program allows for Immigrant Investors to invest with a USCIS authorized Regional Center. The EB-5 program was most recently reauthorized by the U.S. Congress in 2022 for an additional five-year period.

CIF has raised Immigrant Investor capital utilizing the EB-5 program and continues to manage a portfolio consisting primarily of EB-5 Investor Members. CIF will not be raising new capital pursuant to the latest program reauthorization that extends the program to 2028 but will remain active and available to assist those who wish to access EB-5 investment capital going forward.
