University Hospital Phase II Project

University Hospital Phase II project is the second phase development of the University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center, including 281,219-square-foot new construction comprised of a five-floor hospital tower and a two-floor sports medicine complex to the southwest side of the existing building as well as construction of a new north parking lot; when complete, the new buildings are projected to feature new labor and delivery services, a new Level 2 neonatal intensive care unit, a new, larger emergency room, a women’s health and comprehensive breast health center, an expanded radiology department, a new ambulatory surgical center, expanded ambulatory services, an expanded observation unit, a new short stay unit, and the new sports medicine complex.
